TENANT RESPONSIBILITES
As a tenant in someone elses property, it is your responsibilty to look after it. The below outlines your responsibilities in detail.
No pets are to be kept on the Property without the consent of the Landlord

PETS
Boistrous or disrespectful behavious will not be tolerated.

PARTIES
Both interior & exteriors of property must be kept clean and tidy at all times

PREMISES
To be done only with the express persmission of the Landlord

PAINTING AND DECORATING
Approved picture supports only – no nails, screws or stick on tapes

PICTURE SUPPORTS
Lawns and grounds must be mown, weeded and kept tidy at all times

GROUNDS
If fault is the tenants own, the tenant shall be responsible for the repair.

MAINENANCE
Payments must be made in advance at all times. Arrears will not be tolerated.

RENT
Tenant/s are allowed 7 days from commencement of lease to bring to attention anything unsatisfactory

COMMENCEMENT OF TENANCY
The Landlord is not responsible for any damage of the tenants possessions.

INSURANCE
Keys must be ready to hand over at the arranged time. Property must be left in a good condition.
