As you are one of our Management Owners this is the explanation why we are thorough with our Inspections which your Insurance Company requires, I have attached an insert from one of those Insurance Companies Policy Documents
We provide a regular comprehensive written Inspection Report with numerous photos which will satisfy your responsibilities for a very competitive $25 + GST
We also provide a Letting Service for finding and housing new Tenants where we do all of the marketing, viewings, reference checking, credit checks, Tenancy Agreement sign ups, Bond Registrations, Bank A.P.’s set up and key hand overs for our Management owners.
