PROPERTY MANAGERS

The Property Management Team consists of 3 Property Managers whose priorities are to collect the rent and protect your investment.

I have worked for Tauranga Rentals Ltd, since April 2009. I worked as Office administrator until October 2011 then I took on the role of Property Manager for the Mount and Papamoa area. Currently I look after 75 million dollars worth of properties. Since working as Office administrator, I have a vast knowledge of Tauranga Rentals Tenants and Landlords which makes property management a good career choice for me.

I know that the most important aspect of my job is customer service and communication is one of the key attributes. With my professional attitude and through hard work, honesty and integrity I will strive to achieve the best results for all my clients.

Toni has been working as an accountant for a few years before acquiring her first set of private rental investment properties. She has since been building her business with a focus on trusts and investment properties. She obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license in 2021.

Toni has extensive experience with sales, account management and administration which helps her to provide you with the best advice and management services available. Her goal is to achieve maximum satisfaction for both Landlords and Tenants and will do this by taking her time to discuss your requirements, listen and work alongside you in order to identify opportunities to maximise your investment.

Reece has worked as a professional chef in NZ and Australia. After meeting his wife Kristie and having 2 beautiful children, Reece has decided to retire from being a chef and focus on family and a new career. After trying a few different sales and customer-based roles, he found a love for residential and commercial management.  Reece is newer to the property management sector after he started at Tauranga Rentals in 2024.

Reece feels that his great customer service skills and overall eagerness to learn new skills gives him a great advantage in the property management sector. Reece is very down to earth and can get along with everybody. Reece believes that rentals properties are more than just a property, it’s your investment in tomorrow so it’s our job to rent responsibly to secure owners financial freedom and security.
