We are now over half way through getting all of our Rentals audited for Insulation, not all comply but at least now our Management Owners know how much it is going to cost to be a legal Rental Property by July 2019.

All of our Rentals comply with the Smoke Alarm Legislation and our Tenants know if there are batteries in their Alarms they must keep them in working order.

Rent reviews are done on our Management Rentals every six months and every time we have to find a new Tenant to maximise the returns our Owners need.

Our Property Managers are well versed in keeping on top of maintenance of our Rentals and will always offer suggestions along with quotes to our Owners in a proactive way rather than a reactionary way after an issue has arisen.

To keep costs down for our Management Owners we provide an in-house discounted Methamphetamine Drug Testing Service which we carry out before any new Tenant moves into a house and directly after they move out and before they get their Bond refunded.

We find the best Tenants available for our Owners as we believe this is the most critical part of the whole Rental Business process and we pride ourselves on the systems we use which is backed up by our “Service Guarantee”.

We take the stress and all of the time it takes for Landlords to manage their own Rental Investment Properties. It gives them more time to make more money at what they are best at. We manage our Management Owners Properties more efficiently and with a better result.
