A Thank You and Reminder Time
Firstly we would like to make some reminder points of what we do for you and some of the things we would like in return
To comply with the new Government Legislation on Smoke Alarms we have audited every one of our Management Properties and many of our Casual Properties, they 100% comply with the new Laws. Being less than 10 years old, one on every level of a multi storey building and within three metres of every bedroom.
Also to comply with new Government Legislation we have started auditing all of our Management Properties for Insulation. We now must supply a report on what insulation is in every house before a new Tenant moves in and after this December we must supply all of our current Tenants the same report on the Insulation. While we are doing these audits we are getting quotes to bring your properties Insulation up to the new standards as we must comply with those new standards by July 2019, the only Properties we won’t be reporting on will have been built since 2010.
Drug Testing for Methamphetamine Contamination is part of our Company Policies now and has been since October 2015, we test all of our Management Properties between Tenants so we can assure new Tenants they are going into healthy houses and so we have evidence should we ever need it of drug use. We have this testing done at a very competitive price as most Insurance Companies expect us to be very vigilant toward any contamination. If you don’t want us to do the Drug Test you must let Dan know in writing to Indemnify our Company.
Water Rates need to be sent to us immediately you receive them so we can pass them onto your Tenant for reimbursement.
If you are thinking of selling or would like a Sales Appraisal we can arrange this for you so as not to worry your Tenants.
It is always good for us to receive a copy of your Insurance Policy, this helps us in case we have to act quickly on your behalf.
